I think, there are some steps that could help people to improve the things. The first that we are able to do is to change the way of life. In my opinion, we should begin with something very simple. For example, start using public transport instead of our cars, we can use glass and wood instead of plastic, it will be effective organize planting of the trees and renovation of the parks.

Ни для кого не секрет, наверное, что сейчас у нашей планеты, и у всех нас, непростой период.
Я верю, что это период очищения Земли. Она справляется с огромным количеством негатива так, как может - сжигает его и смывает. Миллионы деревьев приносят себя в жертву, чтобы очистить от негатива планету. Я очень тяжело переношу это пекло, и эта жара заставила меня думать, а что я могу сделать для планеты. Что я могу сделать, чтобы Земля быстрее прошла этап очищения и легче, чтобы спасти деревья, чтобы облегчить этот этап и для природы и для себя.
вот несколько моих умозаключений. Нравится - берите себе на заметку. Будет здорово, если вы запостите то, что понравилось. Вместе мы сможем больше.
1. Настройка себя на лучшее.
Да, можно с утра джо вечера смотреть новости о пожарах, и испытывать страх и жалость, но страх и жалость (в отличии от сострадания) - это низкочастотные вибрации, они только ухудшат картину. Чем больше думать о пожарах, тем больше их будет. Давайте думать о прохладе, о дождях, о радости, о том, как радуются деревья дождям. Давайте вешать на рабочий стол плакаты зелёного счастливого леса, медитировать на чувство радости и прохлады, визуализировать облегчение и дожди, летние радостные дожди.

2. Деревья нужно поливать.
Я живу на холме. Деревья здесь уже практически засыхают. Я таскаю воду вёдрами и поливаю их каждый день. Конечно, на все деревья мне сил не хватает, но самые тоненькие, самые страдающие - получают каждый день 5 л воды). Вчера встретила женщину с ведром из соседнего дома, она тоже поливает деревья. Нас не так уж и мало)). А ты сегодня полил дерево)?
3. Тушить (и естественно не разводить) костры.
Трава сейчас очень сухая, достаточяно небольшой искры, чтоб загорелись кусты и деревья. Вчера шли с Андреем (моим мужем) к остановке. Смотрим - а в парке кострище пылает. Пошли разбираться. Оказалось, какие - то мальчишки развели и убежали. А рядом сидящие дядьки из гаражей не тушат, потому что не знают, наверное, как подступиться. Костёр огромный, метра два высотой. В общем, стали мы с Андрюшкой этот костёр разбрасывать. Взяли ветки и раскидываем горящие поленья, откидываем их от костра и бьём, пока не затухнут. В общем, пока мы его раскидывали, дядьки из гаража к нам тоже присоединились, а один мужичок принёс ведро воды. Общими усилиями затушили. И так здорово, когда несколько незнакомых людей вместе болеют за родную природу. Пока мы тушили, мимо проходящий мужчина поставил бутылку воды свою, сколько у него осталось. Так это радостно, что много неравнодушных.
4. Решить, а что именно я могу сделать для планеты.
Что у меня есть такого, чего нет у других? Я пишу песни, и считаю, что мои песни делают мир чище, я пела несколько раз раньше в лесах и чувствовала отдачу от леса, благодарность что ли. Вот я и решила поддержать песнями свои леса, подарить им любви. Два дня назад пошли мы в лес вечером, и я стала петь песню "Люблю". Когда зашли - даже запаха не было, это и не лес, в принципе, а полупарк возле дома. Но когда я допела, мне в нос ударил запах хвои, когда уставшие деревья стряхнули все выхлопные газы, всю усталость и зацвели радостью. А вчера было вообще такое удивительно событие! Я возвращалась домой. КРугом пахло гарью, горят подмосковные леса. И я опять зашла в тот самый полулесок и стала петь свою песню "СНЕЖИНКИ", это одна из самых "влюблённых" песен моих. И в середине песни вдруг на меня упала капля, потом ещё и ещё, и маленький дождик-моросейка окропил меня и поляну, на которой я стояла. Он был всего секунд 15-20, но это было необыкновенно. я расплакалась от радости.
Мы можем гораздо больше сделать для планеты, чем нам кажется. И мы не тараканы, которые давно пора смыть с лица Земли, мы - Божьи дети, и пора уже взять на себя ответственность за свою Землю, и по-божески помогать, кто как может, своей матери - Земле, это наш сыновний и дочерний долг.
